USAGE:
USE ROCM_INT, ONLY: KCALL=>K_CONTR
GLOBAL DECLARATION:
INTEGER(KIND=ISIZE) :: K_CONTR
DISCUSSION:
KCALL
KCALL=1 with a unique pass through data calling PRED and CONTR
with final parameter estimates.
KCALL=0 otherwise.
